This is a standard set of terms for a repair-service website. By using this site or booking service with us, you agree to these terms. They are intended to be reasonable and to set clear expectations; nothing here removes any rights you have under applicable law.
Services
We provide diagnosis and repair of high-end household appliances. We service appliances as an independent repair company and are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify the appliances we service.
Estimates and quotes
Any price range shown on this site is for general guidance only and is not a quote. Repair pricing depends on the specific fault, parts, and labor for your appliance and model. We confirm a written, flat quote on site before performing repair work, and we begin work only after you approve it.
Diagnostic / service-call fee
A diagnostic or service-call fee may apply for an on-site visit. This fee covers the technician’s time to inspect the appliance and diagnose the fault. Where applicable, the fee may be waived toward an approved repair, as disclosed at the time of booking.
Parts and workmanship
We install parts appropriate to your appliance and model. Parts may carry warranties provided by their manufacturer or supplier. We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship for the specific repair performed; the term and scope are disclosed at the time of service. Warranties do not cover new or unrelated faults, misuse, neglect, improper installation by others, lack of maintenance, or normal wear.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem, to allow reasonable and safe access to the appliance, and to disclose any prior repairs or modifications. You are responsible for backing up or removing valuables and perishables before service.
Cancellations and access
Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. If a technician cannot access the appliance or the location at a scheduled visit, a service-call fee may still apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service or from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of food, spoilage, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.
Website content
Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. It is not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts located in California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time you use it governs. If you have questions about these terms, please contact us using the details provided on the site.

Our Sub-Zero column drifted warm before a dinner party. They diagnosed a failing evaporator fan, had the OEM part, and it held temperature perfectly the same evening.
Wolf oven stopped holding temperature. The technician explained the fault clearly, quoted it in writing, and replaced the part without a mark on the cabinetry. Genuinely professional.
Wine column was running warm and I assumed the worst. It turned out to be a clogged condenser and a tired fan — fixed for a fraction of what a replacement would have cost. Honest work.
